Summary

Just as Ghoul manages to recreate the original Joker serum, one of Bruce Wayne's former foes, The Phantasm, returns to the scene. Her first target is Batman's new superhero protégé Vigilante, a.k.a. Jake Chill, a man whose past is tied to both Bruce's and Terry's own histories. When the truth is revealed, Bruce Wayne's secrets begin to unravel, and Terry won't stop until he uncovers them all. What he learns may change his perception of his mentor forever. But Terry has little time to swell. Not only have the Jokerz juiced up Vigilante on Joker serum, but Ghoul has figured out a way to use it to amplify powers, and his first two subjects are very familiar: Inque and Rewire!
