Summary

Before she became Catwoman, Selina Kyle spent years as a runaway street urchin in the seediest section of Gotham City. Recently returned to her old neighborhood, Selina is dedicating her skills to good (for once), pouring all her efforts--and millions of stolen dollars--into bettering the East End. The forgotten sector of Gotham needs a champion; who better than one of its own? But someone is out to make sure the East End doesn't improve.
