Summary
Nightwing is back in Blüdhaven! It's been a long time since Dick Grayson has been himself, but his life is starting to regain some normalcy: he's got an apartment...complete with a canine roommate named Haley (a.k.a. Bitewing) and Barbara Gordon is back in his life again, but this time it feels different. Still, ensuring the safety of his adoptive city is no small task, especially now that a mysterious and murderous villain known only as Heartless is in town. And when the city appoints a new mayor by the name of Zucco -- the same name as the man who murdered Dick Grayson's parents -- Dick investigates and discovers details that will shock him and fundamentally change Nightwing forever. --, Adapted from book summary
