Summary
When the Hulk is framed for the murder of a young boy named Ricky Myers, Bruce Banner finds himself on the run from the police and the FBI as well as the military, and an organization called the Secret Conspiracy is also after the Hulk for his DNA. Bruce sticks to the back roads and tries to keep out of sight, but Bruce's allies may not be able to help him when they catch up with him this time
