Summary
  • Follows a troubled man, Bill Foster, who has a mental breakdown and embarks upon an increasingly violent crime spree across Los Angeles. A police detective, Sgt. Prendergast, who is working his last day before retiring, is the only one who correctly pieces together the clues.
