Summary
The Flash may be the fastest man alive, but he's never been able to outrun his past. When a ghostly serial killer with ties to Central City's bloody founding appears to stalk the streets, Barry Allen will have to confront his own tragic history in order to face him. Even with help from the supernatural superhero Deadman, fighting a phantom who can possess innocent victims will be no easy task. But it's one fight the Scarlet Speedster has to win, because there's every chance that this deadly specter could hold the answer to the one mystery he's never been able to solve--the murder of his own mother. Also, find out how The Flash and Green Lantern first met in THE FLASH Annual #2
